If you’ve been thinking about becoming involved at Cornerstone but aren’t sure where to start, come on our to TEAM 2Tue6 and sample the different areas where you can get involved. This is a bi-monthly get-together where all who participate in ministry come to be recharged, to plan, and to generally have a good time together.

SPECIAL NOTE! Maybe we should call it TEAM 4Tue6 this time around. We’re slightly changing the date (making it three weeks later) so that more people can attend. So, if you had TEAM 2Tue6 penciled in for July 8, just cross that off your calendar and mark it back in for three weeks later, July 29. This is going to be a very special evening—we’ve got something different in the works—so you won’t want to miss it.

It’s hard to believe, but that cool guy with the funny accent has been here a whole year. And now it’s time for him to return to merry olde England.

This ice cream party is open for all to attend, come on out and join us for some good ice cream, fellowship and a farewell to a good friend of Cornerstone. Mark your calendar now to send Alistair off in style: Sunday evening, July 13, at 6:30 p.m. More details about the bash will be available in the coming days. Please stop by the table in the commons and fill out a note for Alistair. These notes will be placed into a memory book for him, so please write on only one side.

Coming later this summer—Heart and Soul Seminar

If you have been coming to Cornerstone for about six months and are ready to make us your church home, we invite you to come to our next “Heart and Soul” seminar, which will be held later this summer. This morning-long seminar tells you about Cornerstone’s history, our beliefs, and how you can serve the church. You’ll have the chance to join Cornerstone as a partner at the end of the morning.
