This event offers free costumes for children and adults, ensuring everyone in the community can enjoy Halloween. Each child must have a registration filled out online, but no physical tickets are required. The boutique is a fun, welcoming space where families can find the perfect costume for the spooky season. There is no fee for this event. Registration is required for EACH PERSON to secure participation to this event. Please count every person that will be "shopping" for a Halloween costume. You do NOT need to print or bring a ticket with you. Due to extremely limited space, we are asking that you please do not bring additional adults or children to this event. Only registered people should attend.
